About Me
Hi, I’m a Mom of three, a long-time Vernon local of 26 years, and the heart behind Fearless Training. For me, family always comes first, and I believe in living an active, purpose-driven life. I’ve always had a passion for sports, helping others, and pushing through challenges, especially the ones that shape us most.

My journey into personal training began from a place many can relate to. I lost myself. As a competitive athlete in multiple disciplines, I was always active, but postpartum life left me feeling disconnected from who I was. I enrolled in the Fitness Series course simply to learn how to be healthy again, and what began as a personal reset quickly became a passion. Along the way, I worked with children with special needs, explored different career paths, continued my own fitness journey, and learned firsthand what it feels like to lose and reclaim your identity. These experiences shaped my calling: helping men and women rebuild their strength, confidence, and overall wellness.

I believe in creating personalized fitness plans that reflect who you are, where you’re at, and where you want to go. Whether you’re a mom trying to feel good again, an athlete chasing a comeback or a dream, training for something specific, recovering from injury, or simply trying to find yourself - I'm here for it. I'm committed to walking beside you, pushing you, holding you accountable, and adjusting to your world with real-life expectations and unwavering support.

Brandy is an incredible trainer!! She is motivating, respectful, and provides great tips and suggestions. She won't go easy on you but will challenge you in a really great way! I've been seeing Brandy for over 2 years. She's extremely knowledgeable and does an amazing job orlf mixing up our routine. I step in the building and have no idea what I'm in for. Sometimes it's strength training, sometimes cardio, a surprise boxing day occasionally, and even some days are more like cross-fit. Its always fun and I'm always glad I made the effort to go.
